Kelly Services HR Generalist (Jr. PM) in Plainsboro, New Jersey

Our client, a top international Pharmaceutical firm, is currently seeking a HR Generalist (Jr. Project Manager) for a 6 month temporary position with the possibility of extension. The position is located in Plainsboro, New Jersey.

The hours for this position are as follows

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay Rate= $45.00-55.00/hour

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Provide entry level project support to the Head of TA Operations.

  • Oversee critical project deliverables, ensures follow up and manages timelines as needed.

  • Understands data and identifies opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition systems, processes and reporting.

  • Oversees Talent Acquisition projects ensuring critical deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Tracks projects deliverables and provides status updates on a regular basis.

  • Identifies ways to improve existing processes within Talent Acquisition.

  • Works with vendors to complete project work and ensure execution of contracts and project plans.

  • Oversees the TA shared inboxes and makes sure questions and/or tasks are being responded to as required.

You are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Employee Relations, HRBP, Talent Acquisition OR HR Operations. A strong understanding of OFCCP rules & employment law would be preferred. You must have excellent written & oral communication skills, the ability to problem solve, time management and MS Office (Excel & Access required). Prior work in surveys is also required.
