Our client in Manalapan, NJ is seeking a Social Media Coordinator for a contract-to-full-time opportunity to develop and execute strategic external-facing social media plans that supports the company's communication goals and objectives. This is a tremendous opportunity for the social media coordinator with 0-3 years of experience who is looking to add a major brand name to their resume! In this role you will sit in the driver's seat of the company's social media strategy and be responsible for developing strategic plans, recommending changes based on analytical reporting, recommending new tools and best practices, to effectively promote both paid and organic following and interaction across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat. YouTube experience is a plus but not required! Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining and executing a social media strategy that increases company visibility and consumer engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including editorial, marketing and creative to develop fresh and relevant content for social media channels
Creates, manages and grows presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube
Acts as the frontline brand ambassador across the internet; participating in and monitoring conversations and interacting with followers
Define key performance indicators and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success
Monitor online conversations, competitor presences/perceptions, and research new social channels for relevance/trend identification, report "chatter" and other relevant online data.
