The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. This team has the expertise and commitment to develop high-quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced and complex operating environment.


  • Analyzes, designs, develops and maintains software applications to support payments.

  • Provides advanced technical expertise in PayPlus, MQ, Fraud applications.

  • Works with vended applications.

  • Oversees, maintains and supports existing software applications.

  • Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of application, infrastructure and middleware issues.

  • Ability to test infrastructure changes related to applications.

  • Perform bug fixing, issues tracking and resolution.

  • Install, monitor and upgrade PayPlus application servers.

  • Understanding and experience in IPC (Incident, Problem, Change)

  • Provide technical expertise during DR drills.

  • Ability to discuss technical issues with business analysts and testers.

  • Use SQL, SPLUNK, SFTP, Remedy




  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
